Crop & Created Delivered September 2024

Crop & Create Delivered is an online event put together by Scrapbook & Cards Today. Four days of online classes included 17 two-hour classes and one 45-minute demo.

The first classes were taught by Michelle Currie, featuring products from her company, Pink & Main. Each of these is a shaker card.

Next up was Enchanted Forest cards, taught by Laura Graff for her company, Scrapbook.com

The bear above open to reveal this fox holding a balloon.
This fox is on a panel that attaches to the top and bottom print borders. The muted teal design behind him is the inside of the card.
This one has the sweet little bunny on the front of the card. Opening this car reveals holding a jar of honey. The third photo is a side view of the open card.

The next class was taught by Tayor Van Bruggen for Taylored Expressions

The fourth class on day one was taught by Jenn Shurkus for Lawn Fawn

Friday began with a demonstration of Olo Markers, taught by Lori Craig. Olo makes alcohol markers that are becoming my favorite marker or coloring cards. Copic has a wider range of colors but I hate refilling them. Olo uses cartridges and are easier to handle.
The first 2-hour class on Friday was taught by Sara Davies for Crafters Companion. The only card that I have completed so far that followed the class is the first one. I will return to what the 2nd and 3rd card instructions and try them again, but not in a time crunch (mine, not theirs) I relied on what knew and used their idea for the second card and a stencil for the third, but used different products that theirs.

Spellbinders always has amazing designs and this year was not an exception. The class was taught by Kim Kesti. This series is called Field Notes. This is the cover, it opens up to reveal the second photo's view. That page opens on the right side to a blank area where you could write your personal greeting. The last two are separate card fronts that may become birthday cards.

Next was Angie Hunt for LDRS teaching watercolor and 3D embossing. I went rogue on the 2nd card and haven't done the third one yet.

The fourth class on Friday was led by Simon Hurley, using his line of products by Ranger Ink

Saturday morning began with Gina K from Gina K Designs

Here are cards using MFT (My Favorite Things) products, taught by Libby Hickson

Only one of Stephanie Barnard's cards (from the Stamps of Live) is completed so far. I had a pleasant interruption during that class. My grandson was about to attend his first high school homecoming dance and I was part of picture-taking. 💖 This card props up, easel-style.

I had a hiccup during Christopher Alan's class for his company, Brutus Monroe. My internet went out for a while. I did get this background for a card front completed but haven't decided what type of card this be, sentiment-wise.The leaves are rub-ons over a color blended background.
Saturday ended with Meghann Andrew teaching for Altenew. None of these are finished cards yet, only card fronts. Sentiments might wait until a card is needed. Any of them would be good for birthdays, anniversaries, or thank you cards.

Sunday morning began with cards from Concord & 9th, taught by Cathy Zielske

Next up was mixed media by Picket Fence, taught by Nicole Peterson. The background and artist were prints included in the class kit.
This last card in this series of three might be my favorite of the whole weekend. This is from a die set named Hoosier, made by Honey Bee Stamps and taught by Kelley Kahout.

The final class used products from Hero Arts, taught by Channin Pelletier

Now, besides finishing a few cards, all I have left is the hard part....cleaning up the craft room and finding room for the new supplies!
